No airfield, no flight plan filed days in advance. Just a pilot, a paramotor, and a game reserve that gets covered properly — game counts, search and coordination, anti-poaching response, and aerial filming, airborne within the hour.
What we do
Wounded or missing animals are a regular occurrence, often leading to lengthy, costly ground searches. We acquire permission from the relevant Park Authority, search the ranch from the air, and maintain aerial observation to coordinate ground teams — capturing gimbal-stabilised HD video and 24-megapixel stills for closer examination.
Our platform is proven and tested, increasing effectiveness and decreasing the fault factor. Technique adapts to ranch size: single or multiple pilots flying a grid pattern, reporting game census and position.
Currently serving multiple Park Authorities. We provide aerial cover and response in the search for poachers and wounded animals — armed search and response, ground crew coordination, no airfield required for deployment, and HD camera documentation of every effort.
Aerial filming and photography — full HD gimbal-stabilised video and 24-megapixel stills, well suited to larger facilities with scenic landscapes. A fully legal service, unlike drone technology, which has major limitations under CAA law. Raw footage provided immediately; professional editing available on request.
How game counts work
A few ground rules keep every count accurate and affordable:
- Every farm is assessed individually. We review and analyse each farm with its owner, and raise all limitations and risks before we quote.
- Winter is the preferred season. Cooler, calmer air lets Nirvana fly longer hours.
- One pilot covers 1,000 hectares per hour. This is dependent on a pre-flight analysis with the owner. As farms get larger, we add pilots, which keeps the count accurate and lets us cover the whole farm within the available weather window.
- No minimum farm size. We count properties of any size, from small private farms to large reserves.
