Pilot weight is the first filter. Light pilots (50–100 kg) suit the F-light 160. Mid-weight pilots (70–120 kg) suit the F-light 200. Heavier pilots, and anyone planning tandem flights, should look at the Ranger or Instinct 230 (up to 200 kg).

No. Every machine here can be flown on foot. A trike adds wheels for take-off and landing and suits heavier pilots or anyone who prefers to sit. The F-light range is foot-launch only.
